Hi, I'm David.

I've been teaching since 2006, and I teach sixth grade now. Bloomin' Genius is where I share the reading and word-study materials I build for my own students: nonfiction passages that teach main idea, morphology practice that turns big words into small parts, and games that make roots stick.

I also write books as David Craig McDonald. You can find those at davidmcdonaldbooks.com.
